If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
If you bought LunarPhase Pro on CD, you have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (you will have received this when you bought the software).
Once I receive your returned CD, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card, PayPal or your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or payment gateway’s policies.
Refunds for the digital download version of the software are only issued in exceptional circumstances as there is no way to send such a product back. If there is an issue with installing the software, I will endeavour to resolve the issue for you. In the unlikely event that the software cannot be installed, in that case a refund will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your physical item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No shipping fees apply to the digital download version.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
